Everyone is very friendly, always smiling and ready to meet your request. The hotel restaurant has a very good selection of food. But since we don't eat too much spicy food, the head chef Sainath spoiled us and prepared excellent dishes for us, for which we thank him once again. Larson is very attentive and polite and always ready to satisfy even the most demanding request .Let's not forget the rest of the staff, from the reception to the staff, who made sure that everything was always nice and tidy. The rooms are average in size, but comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is well located and affordable but hospitality is their forte!! Congratulations to all the staff for their courtesy and friendliness.

The staff at this hotel is the highlight of our stay. Parth , Larson and others provided us with exceptional service. The staff managing the restaurant and kitchen could not do enough for us at breakfast and throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was very good and varied. We dined in room once and it was very good. We used the pool and the gym which was well maintained Housekeeping staff are prompt and efficient. It was a beautiful surprise to enter the room and find very cute notes on the bed welcoming us and they even sent a dessert with a message piped on the plate for a special occasion. Thoroughly impressed by these personal touches. Parth at reception was really helpful giving us recommendations on the local nightlife. We would stay here again purely for the service. The location and the staff. The pool was big and the place was buzzing with activity. Baba Au Rhum , Arpora flea market, The Birch etc. all close by. Good place if the intent is to use the room only as a place to sleep and you want to go to all the nearby places to hang out at Anjuna . The hotel has a busy and small parking lot, but the valet guys are very efficient.

The hotel stay was okay but the restaurant staff especially Mr Larson and the head chef of the restaurant were very hardworking, observant & attentive. The food menu was very limited in lunch & dinner but I liked that the chef of the restaurant always seems eager to do something special for you.I really liked South Indian food for morning breakfast. The staff here tries very hard to make you happy, this is a good thing. If I talk about cleaning, it is very impressive. Rooms were very clean especially bathroom bedsheets,pillows. I generally did not give a review but the reception staff requested me to give a feedback sir. That's why I gave this review as I truly felt.Yes, if you ask me, I would definitely like to come to this hotel again. Not because of the facilities of the hotel but because of the hospitality of the staff there.

The breakfast was awesome. It was sumptuous and filling. Starting from the spread to the service provided in the breakfast area was exceptional. Room service was pretty quick and up to the mark. Cleaning of the rooms was also done meticulously. The staff is courteous, gentle, helpful, and thorough professionals. Though most are trainees, they have already made a mark for themselves. They made our stay extra comfortable. The location is also good. It is quite near to most of the must-visit places.

The best thing about this property is, with lesser cost it gives you amazing facilities and a great location to stay at. Also, breakfast - You can't just miss it. Sainath the head chef has some amazing hospitality skills and makes sure we feel like home by giving us the flexibility to order anything from the kitchen. Kudos to Shalini who makes really delicious egg dishes 😍

The staff is hands down one of the most courteous, warm and welcoming one that we have seen. They made us feel at home. The chef Sainath would ask us everyday about our needs at the breakfast table. We noticed him hustling and taking charge of guest's comfort during the buffet, sign of a true leader. The staff at the pool was running around to serve the guests as early as possible. His hardwork could be clearly seen. Whenever we would be strolling around the property, the staff wished us and extended help. Rakesh, Sainath, Larson,Clarence , Shashank, Sujan, Rakesh and Ritik were very deligent with their work. If we would return to the hotel, it would be because of the staff and their service etiquettes.

The stay was exceptional. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were too good in guiding anything you require. The dining hall is what I like the most the quantity and quality of food they have and above all the staff attending each guest was too good. Overall a full star rating to the hotel and a must stay if anyone is visiting goa and requires a nice place to stay with a budget friendly rate.

Amazing property, friendly team , a special shout to the reception and the F&B Executive handling the guests , room service guys were very concerned when I asked masala tea with sugar , as it's a practice SUGAR SEPERATE , variety of food for breakfast, housekeeping guys had a tough time to keep the rooms clean with the surge of guests, and still we got a spic and span room and a beautiful decorated bed with a lovely message. hub for north goa , morjem beach is just 25 mins , thalasa not too far , bikes and cars easily avaialble , overall its a rocking place , THEY HAVE A NICE BIG POOL ,24 hours gym All rooms have balcony ..I guess and that's a big plus

The room service was really good. The pool were a little dirty but make sense, a lot of guests were there..I mean that is what they told. The breakfast wasn’t up to the mark..We have been to other similar rated hotels, got better service so that can be improved regardless the amount of guests they have. The room was clean.
